Video Game Gods Proclaim Sixth BCS Loss in a Row

If you put any stock in the knowledge of EA Sports, the Sooners are headed for a sixth straight BCS game loss this season.

As soon as 5 pm hit yesterday, I morphed from “cubicle schlub” into “couch schlub” and fired up the newly released NCAA Football 2010 on my PlayStation 3. Before taking a test run, though, I simulated the 2009 season. Below are some of the most important results:

National Champ
Florida over Oklahoma

SEC Champ
Florida over Alabama

Big 12 Champ
OU over Kansas

Pac-10 Champ

ACC Champ
Florida State over Virginia Tech

Big Ten Champ
Penn State

In the BCS title game, Florida raced out to a quick 21-0 lead and then held off a late Sooner rally to win 41-31.

Kansas WR Dezmon Briscoe (!) beat out Florida QB Tim Tebow for the Heisman Trophy.

Thanks for posting that, as a KU fan those are pretty pleasing results for me and I would have to be an OU fan against the teabag express in the BCS champ game.
